BUFFALO, N.Y. - Lou Raguse joined WIVB/WNLO-TV News 4 in March 2012 as an anchor/reporter. He comes to Buffalo from the deserts of Tucson, Arizona. But he's no stranger to snow. Lou grew up and attended college in Minnesota before starting his career at KELO in Sioux Falls, SD.

For three and a half years, Lou anchored the 9pm newscast for KMSB, the FOX affiliate in Tucson and reported on stories of national interest such as the mass shooting that left Rep. Gabrielle Giffords wounded.

Lou has won several awards such as a regional Emmy and the national William Randolph Hearst Championship in San Francisco. But the best award came while reporting on a story at KELO in Sioux Falls, when he met his future wife Emily.

Growing up in Wheaton, MN, Lou wore a Jim Kelly jersey and cheered for the Bills throughout their four Super Bowl losses. He's excited to be a part of Buffalo's community, searching for the best wings one restaurant at a time, and digging into the top news stories. In his free time, Lou enjoys working out, reading, photography, fantasy football, playing basketball, softball and golf,  and spending time with his wife and two dogs, Parker and Mila.
