College hosts molten lava event

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A spring time tradition played out at Buffalo State College on Saturday.

Buffalo State hosted the annual "Spring Iron Pour".

At the event, students and members of the community have the opportunity to make personal tiles and sculptures out of molten lava.

Proceeds from this year's event will go to the American Red Cross for Haitian Relief.
