Vince and Val visit News 4 at Noon

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Barbara Carr from the SPCA visited News 4 at Noon Monday, along with a volunteer visiting from Florida.
The SPCA bought Vince and Val to visit News 4. Vince and Val are three-month-old dogs, that are sweet, cuddly and fun.
