Doctors' offices, hospitals and even counties are still waiting for more vaccines against the H1N1 virus.
Health care providers in Erie County alone ordered 600,000 shots.
Just 1/5 of those have arrived.
Vaccine makers said they need more time than first estimated, to manufacture and ship the doses.
A State Health Department spokesman says another shipment should come in by Monday or Tuesday.
Ironically, Canadian Authorities have the opposite problem.
Their federal government must decide what to do with millions of excess swine flu vaccines.
