Topol drops out of Fiddler on the Roof
Injury forces well-known actor into rehabilitation

The star of the national tour of Fiddler on the Roof is bowing out.
Chaim Topol, who plays the role of "Tevye" has dropped out of the tour for a medical reason.
The 74-year-old Israeli actor played the same role in the film version of Fiddler. He suffered a shoulder injury that requires rehabilitation.
Veteran actor John Preece will step in for Topol in the show, running from November 17-22.
