WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Williamsville man has made his final homecoming.
Specialist Blake Whipple arrived at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve station Friday, one week after he was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.
His calling hours are Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Amigone Funeral Home, in Amherst.
Then a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Church in Williamsville.
