PHILADELPHIA, NY (WIVB) - A Western New York solider injured in an ambush in Afghanistan last month is said to be improving.
According to the Jamestown Post-Journal, 27-year-old Staff
Sergeant John Stanz is now out of a coma and is communicating with
family members.
Staff Sergeant Stanz is under-going physical and occupational
therapy at a rehabilitation hospital in Philadelphia.
