BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Have you ever had a frustrating episode with customer service, or a complaint that just won't get resolved?
The website www.consumerist.com is giving you the chance to vote for your choice for the "Worst Company in America," some of the choices include Time Warner, US Airways, Wal Mart, PayPal, and Verizon.
March Madness may be winding down to a winner, but if you love brackets and hate bad customer service, Consumerist has a contest for you.
For a fifth year, the consumer website wants you to choose the worst company in America. All the companies in the bracket were picked and voted on by consumerist readers.
Banks, retailers, cable companies and more, the bracket-style competition is 32 companies. There will be one winner.
With the economy leaving consumers more conscious of how and where they spend, the website expects plenty of spirited, and informed, debate.
People who log on also give tips on how to deal with the company and get the problems resolved.
They'll crown a winner on April 26th. To get in on the action, go to consumerist.com .
Other companies include Toyota, Ticketmaster, NBC, and Apple.
