Adams issued stay of sentence

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Appellate Division Judge Sam Green has issued a stay of sentence to former attorney Anne Adams, just about six hours after acting State Supreme Court Justice Michael Griffith sentenced her to 15 days in jail for drunk driving and attempt to subvert the justice system.
Adams’ attorney has 120 days to appeal the sentence.
