Alleged assault in Town of Perry

TOWN OF PERRY, N.Y. Press release - The New York State Police in Warsaw is currently investigating an alleged assault that occurred on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 10:00 PM in the Town of Perry, Wyoming County.

A 15 year-old male was walking along Oatka Road when  he was assaulted by a white male described as having a gray mustache, goatee, dark brown hair and in his 40's.

The suspect was wearing worn blue jeans, a black t-shirt and was last seen driving a red pick up truck, possibly a Ford. The victim was taken to Wyoming County Community Hospital where he was treated for minor head lacerations and released.
