BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - New developments Friday morning regarding a "peeping tom" internet scandal involving ESPN reporter Erin Andrews.

The publisher of ninjadude.com now says secretly-taped video of Andrews was most likely not taken at the Buffalo Athletic Club in downtown Buffalo, but rather at a location near Dallas, Texas.

The BAC has continually denied any involvement in the scandal since news of the video first broke earlier this week.
