BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - They were cooking at a much faster pace on Buffalo's west side.

People packed into the home of Artisan Kitchens and Baths Sunday afternoon to watch Buffalo's top chefs go head-to-head in a live cooking competition.

If you can't stand the heat, stay out of these kitchens.

The chefs and their assistants had the tough, but tasty, task of cooking technically perfect, unique dishes that showcase as secret ingredient.
