Celebration of job opportunity in area

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Young professionals are spreading the word about all that Buffalo-Niagara has to offer businesses.

The group, Buffalo Niagara 360 celebrated its one year anniversary Thursday night with a party at Shanghai Red’s on the Buffalo waterfront.

The group aims to keep young professionals in the area and gives them a prime opportunity to network with companies that are hiring and thriving in our own backyard.

"I think there's a lot of young professionals and I think this group really brings a lot of talent to the plate here in Buffalo," said member and business owner, Brett Burnsworth.

"Everyday we hear at the partnership or via the 360 program and via the employers that we work with that there are good jobs available and a lot of them do struggle to find quality candidates a lot of times," said Business Development Manager for Buffalo Niagara 360, Ann Mestrovich.
