Judge rules all 62 Senators must meet together

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - This morning, Yahoo! officially announced their selection of the Town of Lockport for a new $150 million dollar data center.

Gov. Paterson did not attend was appeared via satellite with state and local leaders from the Empire State Development Corporation.

According to his staff the Governor wanted to be in Albany to see what happens with the State Sentate.

Monday, a state supreme court judge ruled that all 62 members must meet, together, in chambers Tuesday morning.

Republicans plan to appeal the judge's ruling.

"We expect every Senator to be there and anyone who isn't, I suggest you not relying on that lawyer when we take action against them," said Governor David Paterson.
