SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - More help for the victims of this summer's devastating floods on the southern tier.

FEMA and the Chautauqua County Office of Emergency Services hosted a workshop in Silver Creek Thursday night to help residents apply for federal disaster aid.
