Former justice faces charges

ALLEGANY COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Town Justice from Allegany County is facing grand larceny charges. 43-year old Cheryl Napora of Bolivar is accused of stealing more than $11,000 in fines and surcharges from the Genesee Town Court and then altering court documents to cover up the crimes. Napora resigned last year.
