Man dies in hunting

Town of Humphrey, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cattaraugus County man is dead after being shot by someone in his own hunting party.
Police say 23-year-old Derrick Lockwood was shot with a rifle in the Town of Humphrey over the weekend.
He was rushed to Olean General Hospital where he died.
No other details are being released. The State Department of Environmental Conservation is investigating.
