Major drug bust in Orleans County

MEDINA, NY - Police agencies in Orleans County are reporting a major drug bust.

Members of the Major Felony Crime Task Force say the arrest came after a full year of investigating the sale and distribution of marijuana in the villages of Medina, Albion and Holley.

Police arrested Gordon H. Tooley, 52, from West Center Street, Medina seizing three pounds of marijuana , $14,000 in cash, packaging materials and weapons.

Tooley is a landlord who owns rental properties in Medina, Holley and the City of Batavia.

He was arraigned in Medina and bail set at $20,000.
