BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A North Collins school bus driver and a bus aide are facing criminal charges.
Both men are accused of failing to protect a student from three bullies.

Investigators said bus surveillance video shows the bullies pushing, slapping and verbally harassing a 13-year-old boy. State Police did not release the video but said it's disturbing.

"As a guardian on that bus, they failed to stop and protect this child," said State Police Spokesperson and Trooper Rebecca Gibbons.

The bus driver and the aide are suspended and charged with child endangerment. The three students have been discplined. One of them is charged with harrassment.
