Speed and alcohol fueled serious crash

ALLEGANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Investigators believe speed and alcohol fueled a serious accident in the Town of Allegany overnight.

Mercy Flight was sent to the scene at South Nine Mile Road just before 5 a.m..

That's where investigators say 28-year-old Brandi Peck ran off the road and struck a tree.

Her passengers, James Starr Junior and Joshua Andress, both suffered head injuries.

Charges are pending.
