WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A six-year-old West Seneca boy, whom Police say was stabbed by his own father, is in stable condition Monday night.
31-year-old Corey Cochran is charged with attempted murder, for allegedly stabbing his son, Dalton, in the chest during an apparent domestic dispute Sunday night.
91-year-old Rita Garvey, a neighbor, said the boy and his Mother ran to her house for help.
"And we heard a lotta commotion out front. All of a sudden childrens voices screaming," Garvey explained.
"My daughter brought the little boy into the living room and he got as far as the table and he fell he just collapsed," said Garvey.
