BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - *NYSEG is reporting that 2,900 people are without power. 60 percent of those people are in Silver Creek. NYSEG expects those people to be back up around 11 a.m. The remainder of their customers should be up sometime early this evening.
*National Grid has total of 9,838 people in the dark. Here is the break down by county:
Cattaraugus County 5479 without power, expected restoration by 10:00pm.
Chautauqua County 1238 are in the dark, with expected restoration by 3:00pm.
1109 people in Erie County should have their power back by midnight.
In Genesee County 441 people do not have power and should be restored by midnight.
Livingston County has 109 customers without power and are expected to be restored by midnight.
