BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The player who bit a member of the Buffalo Sabres during a game
Tuesday night has been suspended by the league. Jarkko Ruutu is in
a fight with the Sabres' Andrew Peters.
At one point, Ruutu's mouth clearly is over Peter's one
thumb. The NHL suspended Ruutu for 2 games without pay. Ruutu
denies biting Peters. In fact when it happened, Peters was
penalized for fighting.
