BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - It was a real treat for train enthusiasts.
The popular Rail Barons model train display was put into operation Sunday at the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society.
The display features HO-gauge model trains running on more than 200 feet of track as well as a scale Erie Canal lock and 100 miniature buildings portraying western New York at the turn of the 20th century.
