Two southern tier men charged with rape

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY (WIVB) - Two southern tier men are also locked up after being charged with rape.
Cattaraugus county prosecutors say Joshua Kinder and Shane Gogel both raped the same victim in December.
The men are also charged with assault.
