Water creates problems for rescuers

SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - In the southern tier Monday morning, all of the water is creating major problems for first responders and residents.

Gowanda is reporting that one man has died there, related to the storm.

Crews in Chautauqua County are trying to get things under control.
