BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo Philharmonic is reaching out Monday night to neighbors in need.
The tower of the First Presbyterian Church, which is just across the street from the BPO's home at Kleinhans Music Hall, needs a lot of expensive renovation. The tower was designed by renowned architect E.B. Green to echo the Richardson Towers at the other end of Richmond Avenue.
Monday night the BPO played a benefit concert for the church. The fundraiser also included food, raffles, auctions, and other entertainment.
