BUFFALO, N.Y. (RELEASE) - Buffalo police are releasing store surveillance video in connection with a theft that occurred at Home Depot on Elmwood Avenue back in late May.

Police say the two "persons of interest" broke into the victim's vehicle and made off with a purse, credit cards and other items. The two individuals then proceeded to use the stolen credit cards to purchase merchandise at two local stores, including Home Depot.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Confidential TIPCALL Line at 847-2255 or "Text a Tip" at (716)847-2255.

NOTE: The car break-in DID NOT occur at Home Depot.
