BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Are you a die hard Sabres fan? If so, you may want to share your pride in the team and attend a casting session for a feature-length documentary on Buffalo, through the eyes of Sabres fans.
A Buffalo native, Mary Well, who lives in California and works on “The Office,” is putting together a documentary on the lives of Sabres fans, and their faith in the Sabres and the City of Buffalo.
Fans are welcome to walk in to the casting sessions, but can email bflosabresdoc@gmail.com for an appointment.
You can attend a casting session at the following locations:
Wednesday: 5-8 p.m, Spot Coffee, 765 Elmwood Avenue
Thursday: 5-8 p.m, Audobon Library, 350 John James Audubon Parkway, Amherst
Friday: 5-8 p.m, The Comfort Zone Café, 17 Main Street, Hamburg
According to the documentary’s Facebook page, “It doesn’t matter if you were born a fan or became one later in life; whether you were born in Buffalo or adopted the city as your home. If the Sabres’ ups and downs are your ups and downs, we want to hear your story.”
