BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo's east side is getting the "red shirt" treatment.
The Independent Health Foundation has expanded its "Good for the Neighborhood" program to Buffalo's inner city. Mayor Byron Brown was on hand at the Westminster Community Charter School Tuesday night, where families took part in free health screenings, a farmer's market and "Ask the Pharmacist."
This program brings health and wellness programs to western New Yorkers in under-served areas.
