Infringement Festival kicks off

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - One of Buffalo's most eclectic festivals kicks off Thursday in Buffalo's Allentown District.
The eleven day Buffalo Infringement Festival features more than 1,200 performances from music and dancers to theatre groups and artists.
