BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Testimony is underway Thursday, in the murder trial of Riccardo McCray.
The trial continued Thursday morning with testimony from a man who says he was at City Grill the night of the shootings.
Twenty-year-old Gerry Davis, who's in custody on a robbery charge, testified that he was at City Grill the night of the shooting spree.
Davis said he saw a guy who he identified as "Murder," Riccardo McCray's street name, shoot a person in the head. Davis also testified that he was a passenger in a car that drove the murder suspect from the scene. At one point, the witness says, he was asked to dispose of a gun by tossing it over a bridge.
Davis said the suspect, who he only knew as Murder, was vomiting on himself during the car ride and at one point said "What did I do?"
Davis testified that he saw a second person crouching down outside of City Grill with a hand gun, although he did not know if that person was a security guard.
Davis is now the fourth person to identify McCray as the shooter.
McCray is on trial for fatally shooting four people and wounding four others.
