BUFFALO, N.Y. (RELEASE) - Public Statement
Mayor Byron W. Brown
August 25, 2010

I have been informed by the Buffalo Police Department that Riccardo McCray has voluntarily turned himself in to the Buffalo Police. Over the past 24 hours, the Buffalo Police Department put intense pressure on him, which led to him being in custody.

This should be a clear signal to anyone who engages in any kind of criminal activity that they will be pursued relentlessly, arrested, prosecuted, and sent to jail.
