BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo's waterfront will be bustling with new activity this year.

The Harbor Development Corporation plans to add a sit-down bistro and takeout food stand. Plans will triple the number of cultural, recreational and education events at Harbor Place to more than 300 this year. An extension of the central wharf will add 400 additional feet of waterfront access.
