BUFFALO, N.Y. (RELEASE) - Buffalo police are looking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect, considered armed and dangerous, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on July 22nd.
20-year-old Indaleccio Rodriguez, also known as "Inda," is a 5'10" male, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with a last known address on Fourteenth Street in Buffalo.
Rodriguez is a suspect in the shooting incident that occurred around 12:30AM in the vicinity of Connecticut and Fourteenth Streets, which injured a juvenile. He also has outstanding warrant charges pending against him on narcotics and traffic counts.
Detectives believe that Rodriguez was a passenger inside a Chevrolet Blazer, and that he shot the 15-year-old victim in the vicinity of 336 Connecticut Street. The youth was struck in the upper right leg and was taken by ambulance to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.
Police arrested another suspect in the incident, 21-year-old Hector Ramirez of Whitney Place. Police say Ramirez was the driver of the vehicle, which bore Pennsylvania license plates, at the time of the shooting. He was charged with multiple counts of assault, weapons and illegal narcotics charges.
There is reason to believe that Rodriguez had left the area, but new information has developed indicating he is back in the Buffalo area. Anyone with information on this outstanding suspect is asked to call 911 immediately, as Rodriguez is considered to be armed and dangerous.
