BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wednesday, Buffalo Police were busy piecing together a double stabbing at a rooming house in Allentown overnight.

The incident happened around midnight inside a rooming house on Franklin Street. In the end, two people were taken to the hospital with stab wounds and another is under arrest.

Police were called to 531 Franklin street early Wednesday morning. Authorities tell News 4 that 49-year-old Scott Robinson first stabbed 45-year-old Tammy Gee with a knife while apparently in her apartment. Robinson then broke into a different apartment and attacked a 50-year-old Robert Early with a knife. It's believed this happened following a fight inside the rooming house.

Both victims were taken to ECMC while Robinson was arrested. News 4 spoke with a resident of the home who says he's the brother of the victim. He was surprised to hear about what happened Wednesday night.

Edward Robinson said, "All three people live upstairs on the 3rd floor and they all got along together, that's all I can say."

"It was a fight and that's it. Ya know, I guess he broke into the rooms or went into the rooms, I don't know they're all good friends they all, ya know, watch TV together in different rooms and stuff, I don't know what happened," Edward Robinson said.

Scott Robinson was arrested and charged with burglary, assault and weapons possession. Early was treated and released. Gee remains at ECMC in fair condition.
