Temp plans to improve Buffalo harbor

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation is looking over lots of new ideas for the water front.
Among them are opening a cafe on the ground floor of the naval museum, a temporary bike path to connect the central wharf to the existing bike path, and creation of a lake front park. These are all short-term plans bring considered by the group to improve the historic district, outer harbor and Buffalo River.
