BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - An attorney for the city of Buffalo went to court to stop a woman's family from receiving her autopsy photos.
Lawyers argued in State Supreme Court about whether or not the autopsy pictures of Amanda Wienckowski should be kept sealed. Her body was found in a garbage tote in Buffalo in January 2009. Her death was ruled accidental.
Wienckowski's family says the pictures should be released to them, so investigators can determine her real cause of death.
