Atty General suing FWS for customers

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is filing a lawsuit against FWS. His assistant says the lawsuit will seek restitution for customers.

"Buffalo has known FWS for decades. It's been a company that's existed for decades. The company FWS that we see now is only been in existence for three years. In other words, these two gentlemen recently purchased the company and continued to do business under FWS. They apparently did not have the business acumen that the previous owners did," said James Morrissey.

FWS recently held a liquidation sale and other inventory went up for auction.
