BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The owners of three Buffalo bars in the city's Entertainment District are going to court to fight the comingling law.

Defense attorney Paul Cambria will appear before a judge on Wednesday on behalf of Lux, Bayou and The Lodge. Those businesses are challenging the city's comingling law, which bans anyone under 21 from stepping foot on or around Chippewa past 10 p.m. every night of the week.

Since the law went into effect, the city has aggressively pursued businesses that violate it.
