BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The President of the Buffalo's Teacher Federation says students and teachers are vulnerable to an attack due to the doors of many Buffalo School classrooms and offices not locking from inside.

Phil Rumore, the President, says that it is absolutely critical to be able to be locked from the inside.

He also says the Buffalo Teacher Federation filed a grievance over the issue. He says he is also interested in forming a permanent committee that would make corrections to safety policies.
