BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Doctors at the Buffalo Small Animal Shelter say Phoenix, the dog set on fire in Buffalo, is doing better.
The dog's latest skin graft surgery went well. Several more surgeries will have to be done to save the dog's leg. If all goes according to plan, Phoenix will have another major surgery next week.
Two teenagers are charged with animal cruelty in connection to this case. You can read more about the charges here.
