BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The case against an anti-war protester who says he was targeted by officers will not continue.

All charges against Nate Buckley have been dropped. Buckley was arrested last April during a protest in front of the M&T Bank on Main Street.

Buckley's legal team says an NFTA officer singled him out of the crowd and sprayed him directly in the eyes with pepper spray.

Buckley was facing resisting arrest and obstructing governmental procedure charges.
