BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The City of Buffalo is gearing up to collect thousands of Christmas trees from Queen City residents.
Curbside collection will run Monday, January 7 through Friday, January 11. Residents need only place unadorned and unbagged trees at the curb on or before their garbage day. Crews will come along separate from garbage collection to pick up the trees and take them for recycling.
The city is also providing three drop-off locations, which are open January 7 - January 18, from 7:30 a.m. through 3 p.m.
