BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Man O'Trees owner David Pfeiffer told News 4 in an exclusive interview that the construction project that is months behind at MLK Park in Buffalo would be completed on Tuesday.

But when our cameras went to the site on Wednesday, we found crews still working and the fencing still up. We could not reach Pfeiffer for comment.

Pfeiffer also stated in the interview that the delay on Lewiston Road in Niagara Falls was due to radioactive material in the road. However, when a new contractor took over the project, residents tell News 4 the new contractor, despite testing, has found no evidence of radiation and has made a lot of progress on the project.
