BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A dog that was dragged by an SUV in Buffalo has now been adopted.
"Gotti" received a lot of care and the Erie County SPCA tells News 4 he has found a new home. The pit bull's previous owner, Daniel Delaney, is charged with animal cruelty.
Authorities say Delaney chained the dog to the rear bumper of his SUV and then drove through the west side earlier this fall. Delaney had made a bid in court to keep the dog, but eventually relented and signed Gotti over to the SPCA.
