BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The stuff of legends is coming to life in downtown Buffalo. A popular movie is being brought to life by 23 robotic dragons.
Dreamworks "How to Train Your Dragon: Live Spectacular" is soaring into the First Niagara Center this week. The production brings acrobats, circus artists and state-of-the-art animatronic technology together in a unique production that fills the arena as the audience follows the tale of a Viking teen who challenges his tribe's traditions of slaying dragons.
Rob Morgan, who plays "Stoic the village chief," said, "We have these magnificent dragons that fly around the arena, breathe fire. The audience becomes part of the show; it's really fabulous. It's one of a kind; it's the biggest show in the world and we really hope you come along and see the show."
The actors have been rehearsing for this production since last November! The show begins Thursday and continues through Sunday, with tickets ranging from $22 to $72 each. For more information follow this link.
