Ex-agent recognized by group he formed

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former FBI special agent has been recognized by a group he started while on the job.

The FBI Buffalo Citizens Academy alumni recognized Paul Moskal during the group's annual meeting Wednesday night at the Pearl Street Grill. The academy works as a community outreach program.
