BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Have you ever felt bad for those workers who have to stand in the cold while holding a sign for a local business?

A local book store found an alternative. Drivers are doing a double take when they pass by an electronic mannequin on the corner of Elmwood and Amherst in Buffalo. We're told the fake workers are popular on the West Coast to attract attention to businesses.
