BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 6-year-old who defeated a rare form of cancer is spreading some hope this holiday season.

The Berg family organized a toy drive, and Wednesday delivered more than 100 gifts to the Women and Children's Hospital oncology unit. Krista Berg says she believes it's their purpose to give back to a community that gave so much to their daughter.

"If we can do anything to give back to kids that are sick like she was, it's our mission now," she said.

The family hopes to continue this toy drive every year.
